GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of MXTX s.r.o., with its registered office at Stankovského 2062, 25088, Čelákovice, ID No. 17285224, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 369399, e-mail: matej@mirnixhockey.com, phone: +420 775 211 986 (“We” or “Seller”), govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (“Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations between You, as the buyer, and Us, as the seller, arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase agreement (“Contract”) concluded through the E-shop on the website www.mirnixhockey.com

1. SOME DEFINITIONS

  • Price is the financial amount You will pay for the Goods
  • Shipping Cost is the financial amount You will pay for the delivery of the Goods, including packaging costs;
  • Total Price is the sum of the Price and the Shipping Cost;
  • VAT is the value-added tax according to applicable legal regulations;Order is Your proposal to enter into a Contract for the purchase of Goods with Us;
  • User Account is an account established based on the data You provided, allowing for the storage of entered data and the history of ordered Goods;
  • You are the person shopping at Our E-shop, referred to by law as the buyer;

  • Goods are everything You can buy at the E-shop.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND INFORMATION

2.1. Purchasing Goods is only possible through the web interface of the E-shop.
2.2. When purchasing Goods, it is Your duty to provide Us with all information correctly and truthfully. The information You provide during the order will be considered correct and true.
2.3. If we display reviews on the E-shop, we ensure they come from consumers who actually purchased or used the Goods by matching them with Your orders.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The Contract can only be concluded in the Czech or English language.
3.2. The Contract is concluded remotely via the E-shop. You bear the costs of using remote communication means.
3.3. The Order Button: You complete the order process by pressing the button clearly labeled “Order with obligation to pay” (or similar clear wording).
3.4. The Contract is concluded once We confirm the receipt of Your Order to Your email address. A PDF copy of these Terms will be attached to the confirmation.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Discounts: If we show a discount, we also state the lowest price at which we sold the Goods in the 30 days prior to the discount.
4.2. The Total Price is stated including VAT. You can pay by bank transfer, online card, or cash on delivery.
4.3. Ownership passes to You only after the Total Price is paid in full and You take delivery of the Goods.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. The risk of damage to the Goods passes to You at the moment You take delivery. If You fail to take delivery for reasons on Your side, the risk passes when You had the opportunity to take it.

6. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINTS)

6.1. We are responsible to You that the Goods have no defects upon delivery. The Goods must match the description and be fit for purpose. Check out the details of our lifetime warranty below.
6.2. Your Rights: If the Goods are defective, You can request a repair or a replacement. If this is not possible, You have the right to a discount or can withdraw from the Contract.
6.3. As a consumer, You can claim rights from a defect that appears within 24 months of delivery.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

7.1. As a consumer, You have the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
7.2. You cannot withdraw if the Goods were customized to Your request or if the Goods were in a sealed package that You opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. For out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz) is competent.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Our relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If You are a consumer, this does not affect Your rights under the mandatory laws of Your country of residence.
9.2. These Terms come into effect on May 11, 2026.
