Lifetime warranty on MIRNIX products

Lifetime Warranty on MIRNIX Hockey Bags and Equipment Dryers

Years of training, games and early morning commutes. Wet gloves, heavy gear, cold locker rooms. Your hockey bag or equipment dryer goes through all of it with you — and we believe it should last. That's why every MIRNIX product comes with a lifetime warranty.

It breaks — we fix it. Can't fix it — we replace it. No excuses.

What does that mean in practice? Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and abnormal material failures. If that happens, we'll repair or replace your product. Fairly, simply, no fine print.

Check out the details of our lifetime warranty below. ⬇️

Statutory Warranty: 2 Years of Coverage

From the day you purchase your MIRNIX product, a standard two-year statutory warranty applies. It covers all manufacturing defects and faults that appear during normal use. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace the product — exactly as the law requires.

But that's just where we start.

MIRNIX Lifetime Warranty: When You Stand Behind What You Make

Our hockey bags and equipment dryers are built to take years of hard use. And because we stand behind our quality, we back them with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.

What does that mean in practice?

  • If a seam, zip, structure or material fails due to a manufacturing defect → we fix it.
  • If repair isn't possible → we replace it with a new unit.
  • If the model is no longer produced → we find a suitable alternative.

Simply. Fairly. No excuses.

The form of resolution — repair or replacement — is assessed case by case. For a warranty claim to be valid, the damage must be manufacturing or structural in nature and prevent full use of the product.

The lifetime warranty applies to normal product use only — carrying sports equipment, gear and personal items within the intended purpose and recommended capacity. It does not cover overloading, misuse, third-party modifications or repairs, or natural wear — scuffs, fading and cosmetic wear are part of life, not manufacturing defects.

Hockey bags / backpacks

✅ Shoulder straps - Tearing or seam separation at the shoulder straps.

✅ Seams and zips - Seam separation around zips or zip failure during normal use.

✅ Premature seam wear - Torn or broken seams resulting from normal use.

✅ Buckles and clasps - Broken buckles or clasps that prevent full use of the product.

✅ Interior material - If the interior material begins to crumble, crack or peel during normal use.

✅ Straps and handles - Shoulder, chest or side straps that tear or become damaged during normal use.

Equipment dryer

✅ Straps and attachments - If straps tear or break during normal use, we'll repair or replace them.

✅ 3D printed hooks and mounts - If hooks become damaged, crack or lose function, we'll repair or replace them.

✅ Frame and materials - If the frame, beam or connecting parts crack or deform during normal use, we'll resolve it with a repair or replacement.

✅ Buckles and clasps - Broken buckles or clasps that prevent full use of the product.

If your issue falls within the covered cases, we'll always go the repair route first.

Please note that a repair may slightly change the appearance of the product (for example, a replacement part in a different colour), but we always guarantee full functionality and continued use.

If repair isn't possible, we'll replace the product with a new unit or a suitable alternative.

What the MIRNIX Lifetime Warranty Doesn't Cover

The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

❌ Burns or heat damage - Sat too close to a heater, fire or hot radiator? That one's on you.

❌ Stains and contamination - Mud, grass, coffee or dried water — those are memories, not manufacturing defects.

❌ Mechanical damage from rough handling - Torn fabric or cracked structure caused by impact, dropping, overloading or misuse.

❌ Damage to outer or inner layers - Worn or peeling outer layer (crocodile skin effect) from normal use or age is not covered.

❌ Colour change and fading - Due to sun exposure, washing, chemicals or normal wear.

❌ Non-sporting / non-hockey use - Our products are designed for hockey, training, games and everyday travel with gear. Use outside of their intended purpose is not covered.

❌ Improper storage and care - Damage caused by moisture, long-term storage in unsuitable conditions, improper waterproofing or inadequate care.

In short: the warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures — not the consequences of misuse.

FAQ

What's the difference between the statutory and lifetime warranty?

. The statutory warranty lasts 2 years and covers manufacturing defects and faults related to product delivery. It's the mandatory warranty required by law.

. Our lifetime warranty goes further — it covers the materials and workmanship of MIRNIX products for their entire lifespan. That means your bags and dryer are protected for as long as you use them.

How do I make a warranty claim?

. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and failures of materials, seams, straps, hooks or structure.

. The damage must fall within the covered cases (see list above: straps, zips, buckles, interior material, 3D hooks on the dryer, etc.).

. The product must have been purchased directly from MIRNIX — on our website or from an authorised retailer.

What if I can't find my proof of purchase?

. We recommend keeping your proof of purchase (paper or digital) for warranty claims.

. If you don't have it, get in touch with our support team — we'll work together to find a way to repair or replace your product.

What should I do if I need to make a claim?

. Email us at: support@mirnixhockey.com

. Attach photos of the damaged product and a description of the issue.

. We'll assess the options for repair, replacement or an alternative, and agree on next steps with you.
