DELIVERY POLICY

How we deliver goods and when you take responsibility for them

We will deliver the goods to you using the method you choose yourself in the shopping cart. You can choose from the following options:

  • Pick-up points within the Zásilkovna (Packeta) network;
  • Home or box delivery via Zásilkovna;
  • Home or box delivery via PPL;
  • Delivery within the EU via GLS;
  • Delivery outside the EU via DHL.

We are happy to deliver goods to you throughout the Czech Republic, the entire European Union, and to selected countries worldwide.

1. Delivery Time

How quickly the package reaches you depends on the availability of the goods and the shipping and payment method you choose. The time stated on the e-shop is indicative – we will confirm the exact date in the confirmation email.

2. Checking the Package

Upon taking delivery from the carrier, please check immediately if the packaging is visibly damaged. If you find a defect, write a damage report with the carrier and let us know. If the packaging is broken in a way that indicates unauthorized entry into the shipment or damage to the contents, you do not have to accept the goods from the carrier at all.

3. What if you don't take delivery?

If you do not collect the goods (and it is not a case where you have withdrawn from the contract within the 14-day period or claimed a defect), it is not automatically considered a withdrawal from the contract on your part. We thereby fulfill our obligation to deliver the goods. In such a case, however, we have the right to withdraw from the contract due to your material breach of the contract. Withdrawal is effective on the day we deliver the notice of withdrawal to you. Even after withdrawal, we still retain the right to reimbursement of shipping costs (so-called expediently incurred costs associated with a futile delivery attempt) or to compensation for damages incurred.

If we have to deliver the goods repeatedly or change the delivery method due to reasons on your part, you are obliged to pay the costs associated with it. We will send you the payment details by email, with a maturity of 14 days.

4. Risk of Damage to the Goods

The risk of accidental destruction, damage, or loss of the goods passes to you at the moment you take delivery. However, if you do not take delivery on time, even though we have enabled you to take it, this risk passes to you at the moment of the futile delivery attempt. From that moment on, you bear the full risk for what happens to the goods.

5. Availability of Goods

If the goods were not in stock at the time of the order and only an indicative availability period was stated for delivery, we will inform you if:

  • there is an extraordinary production outage (we will let you know the new availability or information that the goods unfortunately cannot be delivered);
  • there is a delay on the part of our supplier (we will let you know the new expected delivery date).

If we are unable to deliver the goods to you even within 30 days of the confirmed delivery time, both we and you are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
