. Display & Staff Hours: Our products are on display all day during the arena’s regular operating hours (daily from approx. 6:00 AM to 12:30 AM). However, if you'd like advice or assistance directly from the reception staff, our dedicated hours are: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and weekends Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

1. Can I try on and buy gear at the Pop-Up even if the receptionist is on lunch or at the ice rink?
Absolutely! Our gear is on display at the ICERINK arena all day long (6:00 AM – 12:30 AM). You can come check out and try on our hockey backpack or inspect The Hooking gear dryer anytime. However, if you want advice on choosing the right model or want to make a purchase on the spot, the reception staff's dedicated hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
2. Can the Big One and The Great One hockey bags really fit full senior gear? Even XL pants and large shin guards?
No worries! Both The Great One and The Big One Sr. easily fit a full set of senior gear with room to spare. Tested and approved on a 6-foot-7 guy. Don't take our word for it—check out the video!
3. Is The Hooking gear dryer really strong enough to hold a full set of wet gear on a door?
The drying gear is crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum, nylon webbing, heavy-duty reinforced stitching, and durable plastic components. We built this thing to hold even soaked senior gear or heavy goalie equipment. No bending, no dropping to the floor. Hang it on any door, window, or fence, and your gear dries in record time thanks to the chimney effect.
4. Why should I pay more for a MIRNIX than for a regular rolling bag from the supermarket?
